The first thing we need to do is lower the spare tire so we have a little extra working room. What we need to do next is install the bolts in the frame. The hitch uses this hole here and this hole that's taped up. Sometimes both holes are taped up, it's no big deal, it's just a matter of slicing a hole in them and installing the bolts. Make sure this wire gets pushed out of the way because there's a plate on the hitch that will cover up most of the area and you don't want to pinch this. We'll do the same thing for the other side. Next we need to install the bolts which means threading the wire lead onto the bolt, and then the plate and putting the hole assembly through the hole, and pulling it back through.

There was far too much upward movement of the steering wheel and at the same time the driver's seat pitched forward toward the wheel. During rebound, the dummy's head did not come close to any stiff structure that could cause injury.Injury measures — Measures taken from the dummy indicate a low risk of any significant injuries in a crash of this severity.
